The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of the Company’s Terms of Use/ Special Terms of Use. The User acknowledges that these terms of cancellation and refund policy are limited to direct sale by The Company and that these terms of cancellation and refund policy are not available in case of sale by third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchase made from the Company and its affiliates, including purchases on the Platform. The User must make sure that the email address and bank account details are complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the User can avail the Services. The User accepts and acknowledges that in case of any information required for the purpose of providing a Service or making refund is not complete, true and accurate and the process for refund has been initiated by the Company, then the Company shall not be held liable for the Service and/or the refund not being received.
Please note that Cancellation request for any Service availed needs to be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the access to the Service is started, no cancellation request will be entertained after this time period. Therefore, the User shall carefully review all the requirements and considerations before agreeing to avail the Services.
The User understands and acknowledges that the Services availed herein is non- refundable once paid except in the following specific circumstances:
The refund will be processed in the same bank account in which the initial payment for availing the Services was made. It is clarified that no alternate mediums like cash, Paytm, etc. will be used for availing the refund payments.
